Top plus size actress, Ifeoma Okeke has come out to encourage some persons especially women who have issues with their body size not to fall into depression but to see themselves as unique and love themselves.
On her facebook page, chubby-cheek Okeke says she has been inundadted with calls, messages, etc with cry of depression about their body size and she attributed their fears to complex issue.
She said: “It’s long time coming I had to do this to help a lot of people. Everyday I get calls, direct messages, short messages, whatssap messages, messengers etc with cry of depression. And what is the cause of the depression? Complex! Inferiority complex about their body size! In fact, I get so upset when they start whinning. Look, nobody will love you if you do not love yourself! There is nothing in this world I want to wear that I cannot wear as long as I look at myself in the mirror and feel good, im set to go. Growing up, I have always had slimmer friends, as a matter of fact, I am always the younger one but looks older. What will I kill myself for? My voice? My size? None! And that is because, I have always loved myself. I flaunt it when I chose and how I chose to.
