He said: “I am really short of words in expressing my heartfelt gratitude to the kind hesture of her excellency. Though I am not too surprised because of her antecedents on issues like this. She is well known for assisting indigent and helpless people no matter where they are from. And in the case of Ernest, we are so grateful that he is not the only one smiling at this moment, we as an industry are also smiling and at the same time praying that the Almighty in His mercy should please continue to bless her and her hosusehold in Jesus name. We are grateful and we will continue to encourage her to continue doing good. We will not also relent in supporting her husband’s administration where some of us like Bob Manuel Udokwu, Zubby Michael among others are in his cabinet positively supporting the good works of the governor, his excellency, Willie Obiano.Thank you so much.”

Recall that Mrs. Obiano who runs an NGO; Caring Family Enhancement Initiative (CAFÉ) intervened in the deteriorating health condition of Asuzu after reading of his plight and immediately took the actor to the Chukwuemeka Odimegwu Ojukwu Teaching Hospital, Amaku, Awkwa where he has been receiving free treatment in the past two weeks.

It was gathered that the guild had set up a committee to be constantly checking on Asuzu while members have been encouraged to send assist by sending money to his personal account as the guild is almost done with its deal with Health Manangement Organisations (HMOs) for its members.
