Fiery cleric and unmistakably man of the moment across the globe, Reverend Father Ejike Mbaka cuts the image of a nondescript personality.
Unfortunately, this exceptional Enugu State-born Man of God from the Roman Catholic block who is noted for his consistency in making controversial predictions, seems to have become unstoppable despite series of cautions and even warnings from different quarters.
His most recent prophecy which came to pass following the ouster of Hon. Emeka Ihedioha as the Imo governor by the Supreme Court is still trending and raising dust.
In the course of duty, yours sincerely once travelled to Enugu the coal city and his base where his Adoration Ground is also located, a few years back.
After a long wait which stretched into the night because of his tight and busy schedules, (he respects and appreciates the media anyway), we settled for a well animated interview which bothered on his person, uniqueness and a lot of other burning issues.
Rev Father Mbaka, from my findings, is calm, calculated and focused. Little wonder he is loaded – ministrations, predictions, counseling, singing, etc. Comfort was also visible around him. In fact, nothing depicted him as a man after material things then.
This little information might just be necessary to douse the thinking that his prophecies are prosperity based especially with the recent happenings. Change is however constant and inevitable in a man’s life. Hence, one can’t speak for him.
He may just have chewed more than he can swallow. And only God knows it all.
